Our North American mission finds its origins in Msgr. Compagno, a friend of the Indian Papal delegate of that time, who invited our sisters to work in Boys’ Town, Indiana in April 1975.
Our ministries blossomed into many other diverse areas including schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and parish ministries across the US. Divine Providence provided the support and resources necessary to help our sisters adjust to a new culture and way of life while maintaining our unique Syro Malabar identity and traditions.
Today, our sisters serve in two countries, with nine houses, forty-five members, and our very first American sister.
